Here at Conservatec we manufacture aluminium foldings in the form of cills, facias, soffits, and cappings all to bespoke sizes.
We also manufacture bespoke gutter systems and steel wrappings. We can produce boot ends and welded corner details. All are polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS colour.

Gutter Systems.
All gutter systems are folded to bespoke sizes and styles from 2.5mm aluminium giving them great inherent strength, then polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS colour to provide long term protection from marking and fading.
Fascias and Soffits.
All facias and soffits are manufactured to bespoke sizes and styles from 2.5mm aluminium sheet to prevent any bending or deformation during fitting then polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS colour to provide long term protection from marking and fading.
Cappings and Copings.
All cappings and copings are manufactured to bespoke sizes and styles from 2.5mm aluminium sheet to prevent any bending or deformation then polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS Colour to provide long term protection from marking and fading.
Column/Steel Wrapping
Manufactured specifically to wrap steelwork between aluminium frames, coloured to match, providing a very modern feel to all installations involving steelwork. All Column/Steel Wrapping are manufactured to bespoke sizes and styles from 2.5mm aluminium sheet to prevent any bending or deformation then polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS Colour to provide long term protection from marking and fading.
Cills
Folded cills are used in situations where a standard 25mm high cill would raise a door threshold too high and cause a trip hazard. All cills are manufactured to bespoke sizes and styles from 2.5mm aluminium sheet to prevent any bending or deformation then polyester powdercoated to any RAL or BS Colour to provide long term protection from marking and fading.
